Millennium Fellowship Project: No Gender is Superior: Contemplating Contemporary Gender-based Issues
My project is on Gender based violence which is directly under SDG 5 and 10(Gender Equality& Reduced Inequalities). It is aimed at creating awareness on the harmful effects GBV can cause and how it can be curbed in our contemporary society.
About the Millennium Fellow
My name is Mujibat Ramon. She is a 300 level student of the department of English, Faculty of Arts, Lagos State University. She is a member of Junior Chamber International Nigeria, LASU Chapter; where she has served in many positions such as the Director of Welfare, Director of Projects and Programs, and the Chairperson of the Ayo Omotayo Leadership Summit. She is a volunteer who volunteered for the JCI Southwest Career Fair 1.0, she also volunteered in the Media and Publicity unit for Listen’23. She is an hardworking lady full of potentials. She is currently the Vice President of her department, the PRO of her Faculty’s Academic Committee and Director of Projects and Programs for JCIN LASU Chapter. She is passionate about her growth and her personal development. She is always hungry for knowledge and always willing to be the best version of herself.
