Millennium Fellowship Project: Climate SustainXchange
Climate change poses a great danger to people's health by causing a deviation of environmental conditions from normal. The welfare of the population's health depends on the availability of safe air, food, water, and hygiene, and the current situation is threatening those resources. The ClimateSustainXchange Project aims to improve the climate and sustain its normalcy by creating awareness and mobilizing people to take action. The project comprises three sub-projects: Treesurrection, Aquaconciliation, and Sanitation Club Formation. Through these sub-projects, the project seeks to address the problem of climate change and its impact on people's health by promoting the availability of safe air, food, water, and hygiene, creating sustainable sanitation clubs in schools, and improving rural water quality. The ultimate goal of the project is to create a sustainable future by improving the environment and promoting healthier lifestyles.
About the Millennium Fellow
Gbadegesin Adeyanju is a student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, studying Computer Engineering, and he is the current president of the Union of Campus Journalists, LAUTECH.
Adeyanju has a good interest in Journalism and Technology, believing it has a good way in bringing positive change to the society.
He sees Journalism has a way of holding the government accountable and educating people, and sees technology has a way of solving problems.
