Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health Among Cancer Patients
I've been looking at the different treatment given to cancer patients and their attitudes towards these treatment and how they perceive the diseases. Most are always traumatized when they're diagnozed with the disease and this has actually led to depression among these patients as they think that the end of it all is death although the attitudes of these patients are changing
About the Millennium Fellow
Nabaasa Shivan is a 20 year old female born in Uganda on 17th November. She's currently a student at Makerere university pursuing a Bachelor of science in medical Radiography. She's passionate about leadership, public speaking and reaching out to the community around her. She is so enthusiastic and dedicated to her work. She loves team work but only if the team matches her energy without lagging behind her pace. She loves learning new things, travelling, reading books and catching up with new people. She's also passionate about the science.
