Fathima Fidha KP senior bachelor of science hons zoology student in Miranda House, University of Delhi. Hailing from a diverse background, Fidha's journey has led her to a purpose-driven path that centers on raising awareness and driving change in the realm of mental health. Drawing inspiration from her personal experiences and interactions, she recognizes the urgent need for destigmatization and comprehensive support systems for those grappling with mental health challenges. Looking ahead, Fidha envisions a future where mental health is a cornerstone of societal well-being. Her ambitions are not confined by a specific degree or career path; rather, she is committed to effecting change in whatever capacity she can. With a heart full of empathy and a mind attuned to the needs of those around her, Fathima Fidha stands as a beacon of hope, advocating for a world where mental health is prioritized, understood, and supported by all.
