Millennium Fellowship Project: Gender sensitization need of the hour
There has been several instances in Delhi University about female students being harassed by students from different colleges and there is a major need of gender sensitization in young men who are studying in these major colleges to know that feminism is not just radical feminism but it is also about the rights that women have been deprived of and they should know the reality that women face a lot of issues and to do that I need young men to join me and my friends in this journey to make this happen and if this happens then it will be for the betterment of the society at large.
About the Millennium Fellow
Riya Pathania is a student of Department of Political Science, Miranda House, University Of Delhi. Riya is passionate to make people realise the value of Gender Sensitisation and how it impacts our society. Through her project she wants to make a society which promotes equality and to promote this students will conduct various webinars and seminars in different societies of different colleges to include more people in this cause
