Millennium Fellowship Project: Mind Matters (MinMa)

This project is centered at addressing issues of Mental Health illness as well as rising Awareness on
the effects of bad mental health state. This Mental health sensitization project further helps people to
understand the patterns of mental health illness, acts as an eye opener to the effects and self-damages
that are caused by poor mental health, this in turn helps people to build the strength and will power
one needs to heal from a poor mental health state. This eventually, helps reduce the global challenges
faced like suicide rates, poor work culture, poverty, violations of human rights, substance abuse,
discrimination and stigma. People are also taught and introduced to methods of how mental health
issues can be managed and treated. The ultimate goal is to redefine Health
