Millennium Fellowship Project: Kaar e Khair

"Kaar-e-Khair" comprises of three categories, First: Education constituting the importance of climate, Second: Legal right awareness among minor communities, Third: Extremism. Kaar-e-Khair aims to encourage children choose path of education rather than begging or selling pens in streets, teaching and guiding under privileged minor communities regarding their basic rights and lastly acknowledging the emerging wave of extremism in our state. This can be cater down through workshops, seminars and lectures among societies that can elevate our knowledge scale as well as serve the purpose of community service.

About the Millennium Fellow

OBAID UR REHMAN, hailing from Pakistan and pursuing studies in International Relations, at National Defense University, Islamabad, recognizes the imminent threat of Climate Change. With the 17 sustainable development goals as the beacon of hope, OBAID, a Millennium Fellow of the 2023 cohort, aspires to rescue the sinking ship of our warming world. His mission: to bring millions of out-of-school children back to classrooms, fostering a generation that will contribute to a more sustainable society, championing the cause of sustainable development goal four, free education for all.
