Millennium Fellowship Project: Changes at the Source
My project involved making an organization focused on advocating for climate legislation. I worked on a website that gave facts about climate change and the need for improved climate legislation in the United States. I collaborated with organizations on campus to know what to put on this website and asked professors for help as well.
About the Millennium Fellow
Keilly Irlas Flores is a sophomore political science and environmental studies student at Northeastern University at Boston, MA, USA. Keilly is passionate about how social and political work can help protect the environment. Her main interest is protecting natural habitats to give animals and nature a semblance of relief from anthropogenic climate change. She is eager to further her knowledge on the reach of climate change and the power of the collective.
