Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Kaitiakitanga

Project Kaitiakitanga will aim to change my university's policy which indirectly allows a Student to discard and throw away thousands of books after the end of a semester. This mission will also look to raise a fundraiser from this mission and use the funds generated to provide stationary to nearby slum areas where there is no access to education and where Children are not able to afford stationary. The preliminary work for this has been set as well. We look to accomplish our goal within the next 10 days.

About the Millennium Fellow

Hello,

I am Anand Shankar, and I take immense pride in my journey from the charming town of Patna in Bihar to the prestigious halls of the National Law University in Delhi. As a dedicated law student, I am driven by a profound passion for justice and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. The Millennium Scholarship holds the promise of transforming my aspirations into reality, enabling me to access a world-class education, and nurturing my potential to contribute meaningfully to legal discourse. With gratitude, I express my sincere hope that this scholarship will be a stepping stone towards realizing my dreams and making a positive impact on society.
