Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Garima
Project Garima was an ambitious project aimed at sensitization toward the plight of men and women who became prey to the witch-hunt-related violence, ostracization, and discrimination in the tribal state of Jharkhand, India.
About the Millennium Fellow
Tanushree Ghosh is pursuing law at National University of Study And Research in Law, Ranchi. She is very passionate about the cause of women empowerment. Her project aims to improve the condition of tribal women in her state. She wants to use her voice, as a millennium fellow, raise awareness about women's issues and gender inequality.
