Millennium Fellowship Project: ECO-SUSTAIN

The project is about integrating technology to create compost from organic waste by designing smart composters that will use technology to identify the waste and convert in into useful compost.

About the Millennium Fellow

Haseeb Amjad, a dedicated 3rd year Mechatronics Engineering student at Pakistan's National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), is driven by a dual passion for Artificial Intelligence and environmental sustainability. His unwavering commitment to waste management and ecological balance underscores his advocacy for a greener world for future generations. Haseeb's genuine concern for the detrimental effects of waste, including pollution and habitat loss, fuels his proactive engagement in sustainability projects. He is at the forefront of pioneering projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With a deliberate intent, he seeks to catalyze change by progressively integrating cutting-edge AI solutions, thus underscoring his resolute approach to tackle environmental challenges.
