Millennium Fellowship Project: CLEAN WATER PLANT USING RO TECHNIQUE
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water treatment process that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove
impurities from water, including dissolved salts, organics, and microorganisms. RO is a highly
effective water purification technology that can remove up to 99% of dissolved solids from water.
RO plants are widely used in a variety of applications, including drinking water treatment,
wastewater treatment, industrial water treatment, food and beverage processing, and
pharmaceutical production.
