Millennium Fellowship Project: The Spark Project: Igniting Potential and Shaping Future Leaders

Basically, I want to start a project based on the curriculum of Amal Fellowship. I am going to complete my 3-month Amal Fellowship at the end of next month. During that fellowship, I have learned (and am going to learn) everything that is needed to compete a job market. Our universities are really focusing on the cramming part, but we are lagging when it comes to job preparation. So, to do job preparations, we must go for the fellowships or academies which need extra time and money. Hence, I have decided to start a society inside CEME Campus where I along with my team (that I will select afterwards) members will be training our university fellows regarding:
1. Interview Process (including Storytelling, verbal and non-verbal communications)
2. Entrepreneurship
3. Problem Solving and Design Thinking
4. Resume And Cover Letter Preparation
5. Career Management and Goal Setting
6. Leadership without Authority
7. Excel and PowerPoint Skills
8. Networking and Feedback
We will be providing them with recorded lectures which they need to complete before coming for the workshops. On workshop day, there will be practice and feedback only (either in teamwork or individually). Every workshop will be 1.5 to 2 hours whose schedule will be shared earlier.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sufyan Ayub, a student of Mechanical Engineering at NUST, is passionate about grooming his personality to bring positive change in society. Along with academics, he has also remained part of the Amal Fellowship where he leads a mega (social work) project team of 9 members. As a Mechanical engineering student, he has done a 4-week internship at HMC Taxila and a 2-week internship at PAC Kamra. In his spare time, he enjoys watching cricket and historical dramas and reading books. Through his project, he hopes to help others to reach their full potential, by enacting confidence in other students.
