Millennium Fellowship Project: Plastic Free: PET to Fibre
3 TIER PROJECT.
Phase 1: Awareness, raise online and physical awareness on pollution and waste management
Phase 2: Create a platform to connect plastic waste collectors with buyers for easy transfer
phase 3: Design and manufacture a single unit machine that convert PET plastic into Fibre
About the Millennium Fellow
Chris Junior Nyamajiva is A final year student at the national university of science and technology majoring in industrial and manufacturing engineering. His passion is to eliminate plastic waste using engineering solutions. Currently he has been working on pavers made from sand and recycled plastic only. Join him as he tackles SDG 8, 9 AND 15
