Millennium Fellowship Project: NYU Shanghai Trash Fashion Show
NYU Shanghai Trash Fashion Show is where students can showcase their creative fashion designs made completely out of trash. Students have about 2 months to collect trash from their daily life and convert it into a fashion peice to be displayed at our fashion show. This is to show how much trash one can collect on a daily basis and show the potential there is when converting it into wearable/usable items or creative displays. On the day of the Trash Fashion Show, we were also able to bring in guest speakers to discuss their businesses and how it applys to repurposing used items.
