Millennium Fellowship Project: HarmonyFlow: Empowering Communities for Sustainable Waters
Collaborated with the organization Riverkeeper, I completed a community tabling outreach at the SUBMERGE Marine Science Festival. Riverkeeper a member-supported watchdog organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the Hudson River from source to sea and safeguards drinking water supplies, through advocacy rooted in community partnerships, science and law. During the tabling, We conducted an advocacy campaign on water environmental monitoring in the Hudson River and an initiative on water conservation.

Jiale Zheng is a junior majoring in Honors Math and Data Science at New York University Shanghai. Beyond her academic pursuits, a profound passion for environmental sustainability fuels her ambitions. Cecilia has embarked on a mission to meld her scientific skills with a noble cause: improving the water quality of her region. Her journey reflects a harmonious blend of analytical prowess and a deep-rooted commitment to ecological well-being, a testament to her unwavering dedication to a greener, more sustainable future.
