Millennium Fellowship Project: Dance Beautifully and Healthy

To ensure the effectiveness and richness of this experience, I reached out to five professionals specializing in dance, psychology, visual art, and creativity. Here's how it will unfold:
Participants will be paired up, diving into a two-round activity. In the first round, one person will recall and express an experience associated with emotions like fear, anger, surprise, or calmness through dance movements, lasting about a minute. Their partner will observe and then artistically interpret these emotions on canvas using various painting tools. In the second round, the roles will reverse.
This interactive process is designed to enable participants to recognize, understand, and appreciate their emotions and experiences artistically. More than just an art session, it's a platform for fostering a culturally diverse and friendly environment, promoting deeper community connections, especially significant in the post-pandemic era.
