Millennium Fellowship Project: The Health Intentional Woman Initiative

The Health Intentional Woman Initiative (HIW) is an health awareness initiative aimed at educating and empowering young and middle-aged women on the various health concerns particular to the middle-aged woman.

HIW provides curated content on health and wellness topics specific to the middle aged. It also provides clarifications to the erroneous myths used to explain common symptoms away and empower women and mothers with the right information to
1) Be more Intentional about their wellbeing
2) Cultivate healthful habits like Early Presentation at the hospital, vaccinations, e.t.c
2) Take the right action where neccesary and
3) To educate their peers to do so

About the Millennium Fellow

Okhesomi Eshemokhai is a multifaceted individual with a passion for Medicine, Inspiring Leadership and creating positive change. Hailing from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, her passion for medicine is matched only by her fervor for inspiring leadership.

She is a 2023 Millennium Fellowship Fellow, where she aims to actively contribute to shaping a brighter future by empowering purposeful health approaches to achieve long-term vitality

With a unique blend of medical experience, creativity, leadership finesse, and a heart for change, Okhesomi Eshemokhai stands as a shining example of the potential within the next generation of leaders.
