Millennium Fellowship Project: The Tenacious Achievers Project

The Tenacious Achievers project is a long-term initiative to bring about change and reorganize the core of the educational system for the younger generations in Nigeria and Africa.

Having seen how the younger generations in Nigeria leave secondary school without much clarity on the next stage of life, all they know as the next step is to go to the university and study a course, this causes them to go through school without learning about education and forces them to venture into things that are well-known and considered to be the norm by the society but which harm the society, thus leading to the high rate of insurgency.
The Tenacious Achievers project will focus on educating the younger generations about networking, developing soft skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, personal finance, and establishing meaningful relationships with others besides schooling (attending classes alone) as a way of proposing a solution to this problem.
The project will be carried out through direct outreach to schools, the creation of both physical and virtual mentoring networks, social media awareness, bi-monthly webinars, and the use of cutting-edge technology to create apps that will be available to all children throughout the world.

The goal of this project within 6 months - 1year of its commencement is to ensure that students in junior and secondary schools are well informed about the other aspect of education that will enable them to cultivate the right values, move with the right individuals, and harness opportunities that will enable them to become successful, relevant and achieve their goals so that at their young age they could start discovering themselves, defining what they want for themselves and building themselves with a big and positive mindset.
