Sickle cell awareness project is a project aimed at raising awareness and educating secondary school student about sickle cell , it's effect and how it can affect their future. It aims to enlighten young ones, especially secondary school students about genotype and how to prevent sickle cell disease,

About the Millennium Fellow

Kofoworola Victoria Larunsi is an undergraduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University.

She is passionate about SDG 11, RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODICTION.

She believes that the society can be better if individuals live healthily and we all work together to make things better.

She is an ardent lover of books, which makes reading and writing her hobbies.

Kofoworola is also of the opinion that the growth she envisions is possible when there are likeminds who believes in same visions as hers and her ready to make things happen.

This and more had propelled her to delevelop her leadership skills and presently, she stands as the Assistant Director at The She Thrives Global Fellowship; a community that is intentional about the all round development of the female gender.
