Opemipo Afolabi is in her second year, studying Medical Physiology at the the University of Olabisi Onabanjo Nigeria.
Opemipo is most passionate about how individual can make an impact in the world around them through access to high quality education
Driven by her passionate for girl child education,she has engaged in several notable campaigns and Social impact project championing quality education for girls in Nigeria.
She strongly believes that through educating the female gender will help break the cycle of poverty among females, promote gender equality, and empower girls to become future leaders and change-makers. Quality education she says, provides girls with knowledge, skill set and opportunities that can positively impact their lives, families, and communities which will contribute to improving health,reduced child marriage, and enhanced economic prospects, ultimately leading to a more inclusive and prosperous society.
