Millennium Fellowship Project: Skillful Youth for Better Future

"Skillful youth for better future" is a project aimed at empowering young people by
providing them with the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their personal
and professional lives. The project is designed to help young people develop a range of skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and
leadership.
The project will be implemented in several stages, starting with the identification of
target groups of young people who are at risk of being left behind due to lack of
opportunities and support. These may include young people from disadvantaged
backgrounds, low-income families, or marginalized communities.
In the first stage, the project team will conduct a needs assessment to identify the
specific needs and challenges faced by these young people. Based on the results of
the assessment, a comprehensive training program will be designed to provide young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
