Millennium Fellowship Project: Disease Free Pakistan
My project focuses on raising awareness about prevalent diseases, targeting conditions such as Tuberculosis, Malaria, Dengue, Heart diseases, Cancers, Diabetes, HIV, Hepatitis, Maternal and Child Health. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community leaders, I tailor campaigns to community needs and provide support to diagnosed individuals. Over the next 4 months, my goal is to reach 300 people through screenings and events, identifying 20 individuals for follow-up care. I also seek donations to support my operations, aiming to make a tangible impact on community health and reduce the burden of major diseases.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hasan Malik, a dedicated Biomedical Sciences student at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. He aims to make his community and country disease-free through education, awareness, knowledge and prevention, aspiring to bring about change one person at a time.
