Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Red Aware

Punjab, a state in India known for its rich cultural heritage, has also grappled with issues related to gender equality. The state faces challenges in terms of its sex ratio and women’s rights, with instances of female foeticide posing a significant threat to the lives of unborn girls. Addressing these issues requires a holistic approach, encompassing awareness, education, and open dialogue. In our initiative, we mainly aimed to address the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, and Gender Equality.
