Millennium Fellowship Project: A Kindness Space
An Instagram account to promote and share content about spreading kindness and taking care of your mental health. The page encourages kind messages or comments highlighting what we can be grateful for in our community. The page also posts content about local ways to make the most of college in the city and mindfulness. All of this would put the focus on taking care of your mental health.
About the Millennium Fellow
Emily Whitehill is a communications and media studies student at Pace University in New York City, USA. Originally from the United Kingdom, as an international student, Emily has grown passionate about intercultural communication and how as global citizens we can have an impact on the world around us. Throughout the years, Emily has become invested in taking care of our mental health and what we can do to de-stigmatize getting help. By bringing a focus on mental health through her project, Emily hopes to share with her campus the importance our well-being has on our lives and careers as global citizens.
