Millennium Fellowship Project: Transformative Safeguards: Analyzing the Implications of the Transgender Protection Act of 2019
Transformative Safeguards: Analyzing the Implications of the Transgender Protection Act of 2019 is a project that aims to understand the effectiveness of the TPA Act 2019 on a ground level. Wherein the target audience the Transgender people of Punjab have been able to take benefit of the act and how the implications of such act have improved the lives of the transgender persons subsequently.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aryan Rana is a sophomore law student at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law. He is passionate about climate change and gender studies. He has worked with top lawyers of the Supreme Court of India and currently examining the legal scenarios of the rights of Minorities and he also contributed to the Naz Foundation regarding the same. He loves to debate and write articles that could contribute to bringing a change in society.
