Millennium Fellowship Project: Effective bureaucracy
Alot of institutions fail to implement most of their policies and regulations due to the processes involved, by applying effective bureaucratic tools, implementation will be easier and systems will work better for their people.
About the Millennium Fellow
Allanlee Muchira Kibicho is an 18 year old currently pursuing a Bachelors in International Relations and Diplomacy at Riara University in Kenya. He is passionate about political systems in the world and is ready to impact the society positively through meaningful conversations and actions revolving around the SDGs and other United Nations activities. He is a peace keeper who enjoys cycling, and drawing when he is free. He aspires to be the world's best delegate in his time
