Alot of institutions fail to implement most of their policies and regulations due to the processes involved, by applying effective bureaucratic tools, implementation will be easier and systems will work better for their people.
About the Millennium Fellow
Debra Rina Ondego is a current student at Riara University pursuing a Bachelor of Laws. She has always been passionate about empowering the community around her. She aspires to empower the community by marrying her first degree of Community Development with the Law degree she is currently pursuing. Debra is always eager and ready to learn, a leader but also a team player who is flexible and strives to achieve her goals effectively and effeciently.
