Healthy and energetic family project
First and foremost, this project came to my mind when I was traveling around in my community, and I saw two siblings fighting for a portion of bread. The first question I asked myself is do they have enough food to eat? The second one is do they know what kind of meal is good for their life and if they have enough food to eat.
Then I came up with the idea of building a healthy and energetic family. I realized that some people do not have food to eat but others have enough to eat but do not know the best way to put various meals on the table.
As a conservation agriculture student, I thought out of the box to link agriculture with the distribution of meals on the table; because all of these that are served on the table are the product of agriculture I will have the credibility to move forward with my project by consulting food from the farm up to the final consumption; to ensure its nutritional content and its better variation on the table.

Hello, my name is Joseph ISHIMWE I am a second-year student at Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture. creating new relationships and talking to people around me is most enjoyable. Currently, I’m confirming to be a Millennium fellow to gain more leadership skills that will impact society and also connect to other fellows globally. I eagerly anticipate initiating courses and taking proactive steps toward community well-being.
