Millennium Fellowship Project: Amis de la plume

Based on the idea of a "penpal project", ours is about connecting Chinese students from rural and under-developped middle-schools with SciencesPo students who would send and receive a letter each week in english about cultural and daily-life aspects, and our aim is that at the end of the project, real postcards will be sent so that everyone can keep a memory of this meaningful and enriching experience.
The objectives of the project are primarily double:
Firstly, this initiative strives to significantly enhance the english proficiency and skills of the Chinese middle school students.
Secondly, the project aims to foster a deep sense of cultural exchange and awareness. Through regular correspondence, participants engage in enriching conversations about their respective cultures, traditions, and daily lives, fostering a genuine appreciation and understanding of one another's backgrounds.
