Millennium Fellowship Project: MCN Project Androy

We aspire to collect funds, assist, and spread awareness about the cyclical famine happening in the Malagasy South.

Our project aims to send climate-resilient seeds to the Androy region in Madagascar, and to fuel research into climate adaptability in the region – whether agricultural, economic, or social.

Finally, we hope to lead dialogue between our Malagasy network and MCN/university network in order to educate, co-create, and connect over a common and pressing issue.

About the Millennium Fellow

Emin Carpentier is a SciencesPo student who grew up across 2 continents and 4 different countries.

Inspired by the experiences, places, and people he met across his youth, Emin has developed a passion for development economics and wellbeing research, which he views as important mechanisms to solve world issues and create meaningful change.

Through his project, he hopes to connect, innovate, and develop with like-minded and inspired persons.
