Millennium Fellowship Project: Girls I-Save Project
The project is about building an application, something that is on going to help young girls and women fight against early marriages , female genital mutilation and gender based violence. I have already started some awareness about it through social media and engagements online as well as have identified the area that will be used for my prototype testing and project evaluation.

Gheida Abdala is an IT enthusiast, an innovative thinker, and an award-winning young scientist. She's the head of the Career department at Future Pillars CBO and was honored with the Rising Star award at the Pwani Women Awards. Gheida is dedicated to mentoring high school students in their career choices, making a positive impact on their futures.
