Millennium Fellowship Project: CPActive Changemakers

CPActive Changemakers is a 12-week training program run with Cerebral Palsy Alliance Australia that helps turn young passionate individuals with disabilities into champion advocates. During the 12-week program, 30 "champions" learn about 6 different topics such as "your rights", "your voice" and "your story". Each topic has one educational powerpoint, video and podcast followed by a fortnightly meeting to discuss the topic and how it can help advocacy. The program's goal is to help raise awareness and advocacy for Cerebral Palsy.

About the Millennium Fellow

Aman Gopalani is a 4th year Bachelor in the University of Sydney and Sciences Po Paris dual degree. As a student living with a disability himself, he has been able to overcome his physical disabilities to achieve his educational goals thanks to a strong support system of family his friends. He has thus been inspired to help create similar opportunities for disadvantaged people - aiming to progress SDG 4 by providing Education for All. Majoring in Politics, International Relations and Financial Economics, Aman hopes to continue to create social impact in his career ahead.
