Millennium Fellowship Project: Research Essay on Discretionary Asset Return under the UNCAC
I am researching, as part of my degree, the different frameworks of discretionary asset return under the UNCAC in the UK and Switzerland. I am doing this as I believe returning corrupt funds to their country of origin is incredibly important for SDG 16.
About the Millennium Fellow
Jael is a final year law student at University College London. Throughout her degree she has engaged in various pro bono projects and volunteering oppurtunities ranging from access to justice to youth education. She is especially passionate about using her legal research skills and knowledge about multiple jursidictions to help further causes, or ignite discussions, relating to justice in an international framework.
