Millennium Fellowship Project: EquiReach: Empowering Voices in Academia

EqualReach: Empowering Voices in Academia is a research-based initiative, aiming at shedding light on women’s journey through the labyrinth of academic leadership roles. The project has dual-fold objectives: 1) to unveil the concealed truths and potential pathways that illuminate women's journey through the labyrinth of academic leadership roles; and 2) to craft recommendations grounded in evidence, poised to guide future research endeavours. Through empowering underrepresented voices, EquiReach aspires to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future in the academic world.
