Millennium Fellowship Project: Eradicating poverty by 2050
This is a long term project that aims to attract the attention of both private individuals and the government. We intend to strongly advocate for setting up of more vocational study centres. This is to enhance the teaching of technical work that will help to enhance creativity and in turn create more job creators than job seekers. We believe that this will reduce unemployment levels which are the greatest cause of poverty in Uganda.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hillary Nuwahereza is a 22year old Ugandan that is passionate and eager to become a force of change in the society in which he duels. This is motivated by the different challenges that affect his community such as poverty, poor education services, political instability, violation of human rights among others. He hopes to gain the necessary skills and motivation from the millennium fellowship which will help him achieve his goal of living in a peaceful, progressive society for the benefit of all individuals.
