Millennium Fellowship Project: EmpowerHer project
My project aims to educate the underprivileged girl children of my state- Haryana and reduce the gender gap between the boys and girls. We educated them via online meetings, who are currently in govt schools and tutored them and helped them in their subjects.
About the Millennium Fellow
Isha Malik is a dedicated Psychology student at Lady Shri Ram College for Women in New Delhi, India. With a profound passion for driving change within her home state of Haryana, Isha is committed to fostering its development. Her project focuses on eradicating gender inequality by introducing innovative educational initiatives for young girls, aligning with the objectives of SDGs 4 and 5. Leveraging her robust research acumen, Isha aims to contribute to society by devising creative solutions to address prevailing challenges.
