Millennium Fellowship Project: Gender Equality
My project is a comprehensive initiative aimed at fostering gender equality by through skill development. At a primary level, the project has also been researching on various postive outcomes of financial independence and how monetary stability can lead to emotional stability for a woman. There are multiple loopholes in our education system followed by our workplace which do not allow for regular training sessions required for a successful career. My project aims to bridge that by upskilling women and thereby increasing their chances of employability.
