About the Millennium Fellow
Wiredu Mandy is her name. A woman whose strength is described by many as enviable. It is so because she is a disciplined and principled person. She is also full of empathy, strong-will and a drive to leave her mark in this world. She is a professional teacher but currently on a 4 year B.Ed Special Education study leave. She always finds inspiration in all that happens around her and uses that to her advantage. She never quits on her passions and is one day going to change some narratives and clear all misconceptions that her people;Ghanaians, have about people living with disabilities.
