Millennium Fellowship Project: Own Your Mental Health
The Project included Twitter Spaces. We had the Spaces on, at least, two different occasions when each lasting for about an hour and a half. We had health professionals and suicide activists board to provide education and create awareness.
About the Millennium Fellow
Frimpong Collins is a Psychology student at the University of Ghana. He is in his third year at the university. Aside from being a student, he has been able to establish himself as a mental health advocate who provides mental health awareness or talks to his colleagues and also community members. As a student, he has volunteered to work with the University’s radio station since his first year second semester in the school. Currently, he has been nominated as ‘Best Student Journalist/Blogger’ at the Ghana Tertiary Awards 2023.
