Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Harmony: Mental Health Issues Affecting Teenagers
The name of my project is Mental Harmony and it encompasses mental health issues in teenagers. Common examples of mental health issues are depression and anxiety. Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Anxiety mainly involves overwhelming feelings of worry, nervousness and fear and it often involves irritability.
