Millennium Fellowship Project: Teens Lives Matter

TEENS LIVES MATTERS
The "Teens Lives Matters" project aimed to educate and protect teenagers from gender-based violence and sexual-based violence while creating a conducive learning environment. It raises awareness, implements comprehensive sex education programs, establishes safe spaces, provides support systems for survivors, collaborates with law enforcement and healthcare providers, and promotes inclusive and respectful educational environments.
The project emphasizes the importance of education, prevention, support, and collaboration to empower teenagers and ensure their well-being.

"Teens Lives Matters" project is working on multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined by the United Nations. The relevant SDGs that this project addresses are:
SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 10, and SDG 16.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ekenimeno Idongesit is a student of the University of Calabar studying Agricultural Economics and the CEO of Cherish Creative Crafts
She is highly committed into personal growth, empowerment, social justice, and the pursuit of a better world. Recognized by the United Nations, she is an advocate of Sustainable Development Goals and has actively engaged positive fight against global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and climate change. She's also though coaching engages young minds in personal development, goal-setting, decision-making, and building self-esteem.
