Millennium Fellowship Project: Better mind Project
I did and still do battle with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. I got really bad because I felt there was nobody to talk to. Right now, I'm in a better place, but I know many people face the same problems as I did and have nobody to talk to. I would like to provide a solution, or at least some aid to them.
I intend to collaborate with an NGO that caters specifically to teens, and between August to December, we hope to hold at least 3 outreach where we can talk to young people about how they feel and let them know they are not alone in what they face. I hope to connect them to professionals who can offer them more aid as time passes.
