About the Millennium Fellow

My name is Elaska Mark, a social entrepreneur,  and mass communication student at the University of Jos, Nigeria. I grew up in a community where access to education was limited due to financial constraints. My personal experiences led me to start the Social Change Alliance, a volunteer organization that aims to provide educational opportunities through digital technologies to empower underprivileged children as agents of change in their communities. In addition, I am the Program Manager of 360 Life Coaching, a human capital development consultancy that amplifies the potential within young individuals through coaching, training, and capacity building to become effective agents of change. Furthermore, I am the program officer for SDGs 4, 10, and 16 at the Universal Peace and Violence Amelioration Center, a non-governmental organization that has a special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council with a vision to contribute to the sustainable development of a peaceful and equitable society.
