Millennium Fellowship Project: Improving Mental Health Through Health Education
Improving mental health through health education was the focus of my Millennium Fellowship project, and SDGs #3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and #4 (Quality Education) made up the majority of my sustainable development goals. By educating individuals on the indicators that will aid in mental health diagnosis, this project addressed mental health, raised awareness, and helped people comprehend what it means to be mentally healthy.
