Millennium Fellowship Project: MED-AWARE
The MED-AWARE project as the name implies was centered at raising awareness. This edition we were specific to hepatitis B virus awareness and screening test for students and staff of Government secondary school Township Jos. As a team, we embarked on social media awareness, class to class awareness and finally the visit to the secondary school where we carried out sensitization on Viral Hepatitis specifically HVB and carried out free screening exercise for the staff and senior students
About the Millennium Fellow
Victor Hosea is a Medical Laboratory science student in the University of Jos, Jos Plateau State Nigeria. He is passionate about the social impact his life will profer to his community hence his desire to grow by applying to enroll in the fellowship. He believes the fellowship will train him to grow as a leader and provide him a ground to perform his community social responsibility.
