Millennium Fellowship Project: SENTIENT

Sentient is a community initiative that raises awareness about sexual violence, sexual health, and mental health issues. It eliminates stigma and misinformation about these topics. Sentient educates on warning signs of abuse, seeking help, and supporting survivors of sexual violence. It also promotes sexual health by empowering individuals to make informed decisions on contraception, STDs, and consent. Sentient reduces the stigma surrounding mental illness by providing resources and education on mental health issues.

About the Millennium Fellow

Abdulwaheed Aishah is a dedicated student at the University of Lagos. With a fervent desire to drive change, Aishah focuses on nurturing young minds with essential information, advocating for mental health awareness, and promoting accurate sexual education for adolescents. Apart from her pursuits, she enjoys exploring various subjects and unwinding with movies.
