Millennium Fellowship Project: Desire
With the project desire, I hope to one create new enthusiasm for seeking dental care, essentially an excitement for receiving dental care, as well as reach out to rehabilitation centers to treat substance abusers. The main goal of desire is to cause a shift in interest from drugs to other productive things.
About the Millennium Fellow
Shuaib Haliyah Oluwatofunmi is a third year medical student at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is passionate about youth reforms particularly in aspects such as drug abuse, physical health and and general well being. She believes the youth are key initiators of the revolution of the world into a unified body where resources can be made available to everyone regardless of where they are in the world. She believes the youth have to be healthy and maximal to do this great task.She is also interested in public health and medical research '
