Millennium Fellowship Project: The Storyteller's Guild
The project is borne out of the desire to promote and stimulate the art of storytelling and literary education in the hearts of children and young adults, especially those in underprivileged positions.
We believe that every person is a creative with a story that the world needs to hear. We also believe that everyone should be given the proper exposure and opportunity to birth this reality within them.
About the Millennium Fellow
Elegon Iyore is a 3rd year pharmacology student in the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She believes that hard work, integrity and diligence are the ingredients to showing up and making anything work.
Iyore is passionate about how an individual can look beyond themselves to see their ‘neighbour’ that’s right beside them that’s in need of help. She believes in the power of making an impact in the world around her, whether the super gigantic ones or the small ones that sometimes go unseen.
Through her project, she hopes to play a role in ensuring the building of her Nation through the raising up of the next generation.
