Millennium Fellowship Project: Pad-up A Deprived Girl
The "Pad-up A Deprived Girl" project aimed at providing 100 girls with packs of REUSABLE sanitary pads whilst educating them on proper menstrual hygiene. The choice for Reusable pads is it's sustainability. It can last up to five years if properly maintained. Thus, underprivileged girls do not have to succumb to using unhealthy materials for at least one year.
